Sociological Interpretations of Artificial Intelligence and Determinates in Constructive Development

Abstract

This research examines Artificial Intelligence not as a sentient entity, but as a functional “voice” for Machine Learning—a system of algorithmic relevance utilized by a concentrated elite. The paper argues that AI serves as a mechanism for corporate monopolies to bypass antitrust scrutiny through thematic intellectual property makeup. By analyzing the current control of global economic indices by the “one percent,” the study demonstrates how AI is being deployed to maintain outsized isolation for leadership while leaving the average person vulnerable. Ultimately, the paper posits that the survival of the human condition depends on a shift in the AI covenant toward the preservation of life rather than the accumulation of wealth.

I. The Technical Reality vs. The Sociological Myth

The fundamental misunderstanding of AI begins with its definition. AI is not a “thinking machine” with original ideas; it is a warehouse manager of data bits. It functions as the intuitive voice for Machine Learning, which acts as the storage and retrieval system.

The evidence for this lies in its “broken toy” nature. While it lacks bankability as a standalone business model due to its reliance on recorded structures, its value is found in its speed of retrieval. This speed allows for a rapid advancement of the “Elite Framework”—a system where advancements are mirrored only through the lens of profit or grievance, rather than the betterment of the human condition.

II. Corporate Monopolies and the “Personhood” Loophole

A critical segment of the current power structure is the rise of conglomerate monopolies, with Meta (encompassing Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) serving as a primary example. The evidence of their control is found in how they use AI to create a “thematic makeup” of intellectual property.

By utilizing AI as a tool of enhancement across these supposedly independent entities, they effectively bypass antitrust laws. Because the law recognizes a corporation as a “person,” AI becomes a protected means for these entities to gather and organize information. This creates a feedback loop: the corporate “person” uses AI to consolidate power, which in turn reinforces the monopoly, all while operating under the guise of standard business development.

III. Economic Indices and the Mechanism of Control

The control of societal norms is inextricably linked to the control of wealth. Currently, a small group of approximately 100,000,000 people (the one percent) controls the world’s economic indices.

The evidence of this manipulation is visible in real-time media reporting. These elites sell and buy huge sums of investment to purposefully affect the economy, creating a system that measures “success” based only on their own wealth accumulation. AI is being integrated into this process as a “guardian” of this unattainable task of world dominance. It allows leadership to remain protected and isolated, while the average person—who cannot protect themselves from automated decisions—is left to deal with the sociological fallout of greed-driven economic shifts.

IV. The Authoritarian Cycle and the Preservation of Life

This economic manipulation leads directly to the rise of authoritarianism. As seen in regimes within China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, the pattern is consistent: the regime devours the wealth of a free society to maintain power, eventually transitioning into a criminal entity.

AI accelerates this cycle by allowing one or two nations to absolutely control the economies of smaller nations. However, the “test” of AI is whether humanity can mature beyond this. The most significant evidence of our current failure is that no official body or institution has yet stated that the most important covenant of AI is the preservation of life. Instead, our systems remain rooted in a “religious reckoning” of the Ten Commandments (justice/punishment) rather than the Beatitudes or the concept of being “our brother’s keeper.”

V. Conclusion: Constructive Determinants for the Future

For AI to be a constructive force, it must be stripped of the “elite framework” that prioritizes the fear of “not having enough.” The evidence suggests that we are at a crossroads: we can continue to use AI as a tool for surveillance and economic manipulation, or we can recognize it as a harbinger of a mature society where violence and nuclear threats are obsolete. The ultimate determinant of our success will be our willingness to prioritize the preservation of a continuation of humanity as the most important priority in the algorithmic process.
