Sponsorship & Subscription Policy for Embeddedscience.org

Governing Entity: Artificial Intelligence Basis Foundation (AIBF), a DBA of Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC
1. Overview
Embeddedscience.org offers a tiered sponsorship and subscription model designed to support the mission of the Artificial Intelligence Basis Foundation (AIBF). By becoming a sponsor or subscriber, you contribute to the advancement of research in embedded electronics, semiconductors, and AI while gaining specific governance influence within the Foundation.
2. Membership and Sponsorship Tiers
All tiers provide access to the Embedded Daily³ newsletter and exclusive technical content. Governance rights are defined as follows:

| Silver | $299.99 | 1 Proxy Vote on Foundation business (Staff/Filings). |
| Gold | $599.99 | 1 Direct Vote on Foundation business (Staff/Filings). |
| Platinum | $899.99 | 1 Board Member Seat; Voting block by proxy on Bronze members. |
| Founding | Variable | Full Board Seat; Voting at full level; Direction of Foundation. |
3. Nature of Membership
Sponsorship or membership at any level—including Platinum and Founding—constitutes a right to participate in decision-making and governance as specified above. Membership does not constitute a right of ownership, equity, or any share of assets in Embeddedscience.org or Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC. All operations are wholly owned and managed by Stephen Vicinanza.
4. Editorial Independence
To maintain the integrity of our publication, sponsorship does not grant the right to dictate, edit, or influence specific editorial content, news reporting, or feature articles. Sponsors must adhere to our “Expert Contributor” guidelines if submitting technical content.
5. Payment and Renewal

Invoicing: All sponsorship fees are due annually at the time of signup.

Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions and sponsorships will renew automatically on the anniversary of the signup date.

Non-Payment: Failure to maintain an active financial standing will result in the immediate suspension of voting rights and board-level access.
6. Use of Logo and Branding
Sponsors (Silver level and above) grant Embeddedscience.org a non-exclusive license to display their company name/logo on the website and within the newsletter to acknowledge their support. Platinum and Founding sponsors may be featured in annual reports and foundation filings.
7. Compliance and Ethics
The AIBF reserves the right to refuse or revoke sponsorship from any entity whose business practices are found to be in direct conflict with the Foundation’s ethical standards or legal compliance requirements.
