By accessing Embeddedscience.org, subscribing to our newsletters, or participating in the Artificial Intelligence Basis Foundation (AIBF), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, authors, and sponsors.

Embeddedscience.org is a technical publication providing news, trends, and feature articles in the fields of embedded electronics, semiconductors, engineering, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Edge Computing (TinyML). We provide:

3. Foundation Governance & Membership

Non-Ownership Status: Membership in the AIBF (at any level) grants specific voting and decision-making benefits as outlined in the Sponsorship Policy. Membership does not constitute equity, ownership, or any legal interest in the assets of Embeddedscience.org or Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC.

Voting Rights: Voting rights are tied to active, paid status. All votes are advisory to the Foundation’s direction and are subject to final oversight by Stephen Vicinanza as the sole owner and operator.

Board Seats: Platinum and Founding seats are subject to a code of conduct. The AIBF reserves the right to remove a board member for actions that jeopardize the legal standing or reputation of the Foundation.
4. Intellectual Property (IP)

Publication Content: All content, logos, and branding are the property of Stonehill Learning and Energy Systems LLC unless otherwise noted.

Author Contributions: Authors who submit feature articles grant Embeddedscience.org a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to publish, edit, and distribute the work. Authors represent that their work is original and does not infringe on third-party patents or copyrights.

Use of Content: Subscribers are granted a limited license to read and use the information for personal or internal business research. Systematic scraping or redistribution of paid newsletter content is strictly prohibited.
5. Technical Disclaimers & Liability

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richmond County (Staten Island), NY.
